Yael Stone, an Australian actress most well-known for her parts such as Lorna Morello in Orange Is the New Black Peretta Jones in Childhood's End and Dora Lumley in the film Picnic at Hanging Rock. She has appeared in a variety of other TV movies and shows like Spirited High Maintenance Deep Water Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero The Wilde Wedding as well as many more. Also, she is known as an active campaigner for women's rights and for her support of environmental protection and rights to abortion. She completed her schooling at Balmain Public School. She went on to graduate from Newtown High School of the Performing Arts as well as at the National Institute of Dramatic Art located within New South Wales Australia.
